    *Started with one ring MU then switched to bar MU’s

    I got my first 4 ring MU’s today. Thank you all for being so supportive!

  2. Did DT yesterday, so just went through the motions today and kept it light with 55#
    I did 6 rounds with C2B practice and push-ups on Parallette bars. Active recovery day.

  3. CF Jenks was smoking hot this Saturday morning. Great job. Has to be one of the best Saturday morning full of classes I have ever had at CF Jenks. You all ROCK and ROCK HARD!!
