    10@65% = 170
    7@70% = 185
    6@75% = 205
    5@80% = 215
    3@85% = 225

    WOD without 1 bladder from men’s bag
    Round 1 = 33 wall balls
    Round 2 = 32 sand bags
    Round 3 = just went one length

    Never used the sandbag so I took it easy, didn’t want to get injured.
    Good job 5am. That one is a little misleading. Thanks DB, shoulder feels good today.
