  1. Misunderstood the starting option on the WOD.
    Started with:
    800M Row
    8 Back Squats and worked up from the bottom
    Ended with
    800M Run
    16 Back Squats

    Boy o boy that for me was a day of accomplishment for just showing up and completing! What a beautiful and HOT day to complete a long WOD with most of ur weaknesses thrown in one! That 600m run and 800m row was brutal!

  3. 1hr of racquetball…I don’t want to use the word dominate, but I was pretty good

    *almost ready to actually play against someone now
