Obviously I goofed with my posting yesterday.
A2A?
I am still wondering what that is?
I regret any offense.
Maybe I need a rest day, and I will take one.
Looking forward to tomorrow’s challenge.
I posted yesterday, and thought it had been removed because I made a guess that A2A was “Ass to Ankles”. Thought I had violated the site language rules.
Guess the posting did not go through, and I did not check.
I did my back squats A2A yesterday. 90-100-110-115-95-95-95.
115 was a PR for me by 10 lbs. I dropped back on the weight after that because I felt like my form got sloppy. I want to make sure I am keeping my core tight, so I don’t hurt my back.
I did a 215 lb. deadlift, which moved my PR for that lift up 10 lbs.
Did 150 lb. Bench Press, which moved my PR up 15 lbs.
I did 6 “knee to elbows” just to see if I could even do one.
I need to review videos to check my form on those.
Tried to run on the treadmill yesterday, but the hamstring I hurt Monday was tender so I stopped after ten steps or so.

Mark, “A2A” means Ass to Ankles on the squats. We missed you yesterday!

3 Rounds for time of:
400 meter run (I think I ran 500 meters on my second round)
25lb Kettlebell swing x 21
Jumping pull-ups 12 reps
13:20 (would have broken 13:00 w/o the extra 100 meters)
Beat my score on 9/12/07 by :30. This includes increasing KB from 20lbs to 25lbs and the running goof.
