    Tried 405 and didn’t get one, went back to 385 and just couldn’t do it. So last set of 3 was @ 315

  2. Hurt myself doing WOD of 3-3-3-3-3 Deadlift
    I did 3×135, 3×155, 3×175, 3×195, 3×215, 2×225 (PR) and on third lift at 225 pulled hamstring that I had only hurt a little on 11/5/07 running 400’s. Iced it. Ate the Aleve. I will be walking with a limp for a day or so. Guess I will be working on my arms and core as well as I can for the next couple of weeks. My legs cannot come out and play.
