Hurt myself doing WOD of 3-3-3-3-3 Deadlift
I did 3×135, 3×155, 3×175, 3×195, 3×215, 2×225 (PR) and on third lift at 225 pulled hamstring that I had only hurt a little on 11/5/07 running 400’s. Iced it. Ate the Aleve. I will be walking with a limp for a day or so. Guess I will be working on my arms and core as well as I can for the next couple of weeks. My legs cannot come out and play.

Great Job on the DL’s Mark! Hope the joy of the ‘PR’ out weighs the pain of the hamstring. : )
