  1. Greetings Jenks CrossFitters,
You all have been looking great with your WODs, consistency, and improvements. I have been in the moving process, but have been knocking out my WODs in various gyms/places. Keep up the good work. You all truly inspire me. What a healthy way to live.

Mark I will be back in Oklahoma the day before Thanksgiving and will be in Charlotte NC from 30 Nov thru 3 Dec. I will then be in Oklahoma until 28 Dec and move out to the Big Sandbox on 29 December. Please tell your brother Barry HI and will contact when settled. I am without internet and hit WiFi every now and then why I am moving the family home. I will e-mail more and post when settled.

  2. 52/m/210
    Did CFWU
Did modified “Fran” – assisted pull-ups and 50lb. thrusters
Time: 10:36 (Improved from 13:30 one month ago with 40 lb. thrusters that time)

Did 10 unassisted pull-ups 3-2-1-1-1-1-1 after recovery from FRAN

I feel good. I know some running is coming soon, and I hate that I will miss it with my hamstring still healing. Have been riding some stationary bike and some very easy elliptical to rehab.

    Loving the cooler weather.

  3. 31/M/168
    “Fran”
    As Rx’d
    Set a PR this morning!!
    Time: 2:54

This really hurt me afterwards. It took me about 30 minutes to recover. My lungs were on fire and my body felt like it had been hit by a car. Now I am shooting for that 2:45 “Fran”.

  4. 37/M/183
    “Fran”
    As Rx’d
    Time: 19:45

Two weeks ago I couldn’t even do a single kipping pullup and was using 75 pounds for my thrusters. Although it took almost 20 minutes today I finally did Fran as rx’d.

  5. Wow, I missed an historic morning!

Wish I could have been there to see Breck’s PR and Jim knocking it our as Rx’d. Way to go fellas. I’ll see you Monday.

  6. “Fran”
    modified – 65# thruster and jumping pull-ups.
    Time: 13:17

Felt good to move up from the 28# bar for thrusters. This was the first try using some actual weight.

Congrats Jim on making the board. 😀

  7. Breck, you must still be on fire. 2:54 is amazing!
Jim, lead on. Congrats. I am trying to follow.

OkieDB thanks for the update. I am thinking about a trip to O.K. City, Bristow, Tulsa, Jenks on Dec. 7, 8, 9. May try to get my dad to come up with me. My wife is taking care of her mother that weekend while her dad goes deer hunting, so I may split town. Just want to make sure that you and Breck will be around that weekend.
