I can say I hate Burpees more than any other exercise!
Burpees kill my time on this “WOD”.
2 of the 3 warm up rounds today I did all kipping pull-ups. This is much better than the 2 or 3 I’ve been able to do. The next “Fran” or 2 may get me on the board.

Did modified WOD.
I subbed 50x45lb. back squats for the box jumps because I don’t have a box, and because I thought the jumping would hurt my injured hamstring.
I subbed 20lb. dumbell swings for the kettlebell swings.
I subbed 20lb. overhead squats for the walking lunges, again to protect my hamstring.
Subbed 50x30lb. thrusters for the wall ball because I don’t have a wall ball.
Subbed 5 minute stationary bike ride for the double unders, again to protect my hamstring.
Did the jumping pull-ups, knees to elbows, push press, back extensions, and burpees as Rx’d.
Not sure what killed my time. Think it was doing 50 of everything, and feeling like I was gonna die.

Sitting here, drinking a glass of wine, eating some macadamia nuts, and cheese, and thinking how much I love this Crossfit stuff.
The rest day will definitely be enjoyed tomorrow.
