  1. As if she wasn’t fast enough…now she is getting a head start on the 400 meters. I vote we either name it the scissor kip or dyslexic kip.

  2. Complete as many rounds as you can in twenty minutes of:
    21 Deadlifts (135lbs)
    15 Overhead Squats (45lbs)
    9 Thrusters (75lbs)

    Completed 3 rounds and made it to 8 deadlifts on the 4th round. This workout was really brutal on me!

    I felt really good about this time b/c I haven’t been doing any running except for what is prescribed by CrossFit. Turns out Breckles was right about this CrossFit stuff- it works!! : )
