Did modified “Barbara”. Only did 4 rounds instead of 5.
Each round 20 pull-ups, 30 push-ups, 40 sit-ups, 50 squats. 3 minutes rest between rounds.
Times for each round: 8:25, 9:51, 10:54, 12:46
Ran out of time today. I knew I had a meeting at work.
Breck, I did not get to do my 5th Round of “Barbara” today, but I think if I had, the time for my 5th round would probably have equaled the total of all 5 of your rounds. Your 3:03 for 1 round? The rest period is almost longer than it takes you to do the exercises. You are doing a rep every 1.6 seconds compared to my rep every 4.5 seconds. If I had completed a 5th round it probably would have pushed my average to 7 seconds per rep. Makes it sound like I am reading a magazine or something while I am working out. I wish I could bring more intensity. Thanks for giving me a fantastic standard to shoot for.

1 @ and my crappy handwriting screwed me…I didn’t get to my last lift. Didn’t realize it until it was too late 🙁
I was so close on that 180, just lost my balance! I’ll get it next time! Laura – thanks for hanging out with us! Hope your husband has a speedy recovery!
Thanks Danny, we’ll try to get some nice CF pics in while we’re over there!
