    WOD – started as RD’x, but dropped down to 85# after the 1st 6. Blah! Somehow managed to get some really impressive brusing on only my left thigh during this one.

    WOD accidentally used 105#….12:05 (PR by almost a minute and used 95# last time)

    …..This is the second WOD this week that I’ve misread the directions. :/

    should have stretched out alot more before starting. used first set as a warmup.
    run was uphill at 6400′.
