    135-155-185-195, skipped 5th set. Not feeling it at 5am.
    WOD rx’d – 13:12, jerks unbroken – pull ups unbroken thru 12 of 16.

    That is the most PLU I’ve done in a WOD, ever. I almost got away without ripping 🙁

    WOD.. Oh my goodness!! All Jerks unbroken with 85#’s, pull-ups unbroken through rd of 8. Got 5 of 18 (77 total) when my hands just quit on me, no more! Did last single Jerk and called it. 15:05 I think. Good Job 4:30 girls, so strong!!

  10. I heard that there might have been, maybe, not sure, probably, unlikely a Brent Rouse sighting at the CFJ.
    Can this be confirmed?
