  1. Strength : went pretty heavy like the color of the rainbow. To early to add it up. Fin 5 @ 375 last round though.

    Wod w 185:
    Fin @ 11:13 – 6:00 = 5:13

  2. 10 DL@205# – 5 DL@240# – 1 DL@270#…2 times through….did 4 reps @ 270# on last set

WOD w/ 125# (rx in my mind and dreams)…about 88-89% of BW
    = 11:56 – 6 min = 5:56….struggled with doubles today. 🙁

    Great job Zane and Brody!

  3. Strength=Deadlift

    10@315; 5@365; 1@405; 10@315; 5@365; 3@405

    WOD w/ 215 for 2 rounds and 185 for 2 rounds=16:20

Also, I thought it was 18 DUs not 36–very slow day.

  4. WOD with 1st 2 rounds at 75# (.68 calculation) changed to 85# for round 3 and 4.

    13:04-6:00: 7:04

    Maybe should have done 90#

    Still got sweaty

  9. Don’t be so hard on yourself, Dave. It was hot as hell outside! You did great 🙂

    165-185-205

    WOD w/ 125 (95% of BW)

Not sure if it’s results of anniversary weekend or if this ole’ bod hasn’t gotten used to the heat yet, but the last 2 days have been HARD!!!

  10. Nicole, Dave’s right! Please don’t get in the way of his apology. He shows up late and causes what I thought was a scene while your lovely husband was trying to explain the wod. Then he just workouts like some guy at Gold’s Gym that never leaves the mirror. I know you’re trying to be what people call “polite” (another word for lying to be nice) Nicole but don’t bring that weak stuff to the noon class again Dave!!

I really have to start writting my time down directly after the WOD I went back and forth … I really thought my time was 10:59 and then I was like wait there is no way I was that fast so I am going with 11:59 just to me safe.
