    4 rds + 5 Russian Swings
    *One of the ball bearings got stuck in the second round, so I improvised

  2. If you might need your grip strength for anything critical today, I suggest you take care of it before doing this WOD. 😛

    This is over a 2minute PR from when I validated this WOD.
    **As CrossFitter’s two precious commodities are hinge/hip power and grip strength. Throw in a little metabolic activating components and it makes for a fun time for some and cruel and unusual punishment for others. My hat goes off to all of you that did this RX+ Crazy Strong mentally and physically. Gotta Love CrossFit!.
