  1. Did a partner WOD at home on garage w/ Ben (brother-in-law)
    For time: #135
    100 deadlifts; 80 Hang power cleans; 60 front squats; 40 shoulder to overhead; 20 thrusters. Also every minute on the minute 5 burpees requirement before work. After last partner finished last burpee then work can start.
    completed @ 20 minutes. (100 burpees each; split up rep scheme evenely).

  2. OHS only up to 55#

    WOD w/35#, abmat sit ups using hands, mogul jumps over low bar with 5# plates,
    starting with a single and a double and only did 30 and switched to mogul for remaining.
