– 1 Rope Climb 15′ RX+ Legless MRX 10′
Rest 3min after each round/ increase load

Rd 2 Ld = 135/95 RX+ 155/105 MRX 115/75

    Tried pacing today to keep everything at moderate level. After listening to Bergeron about how close to death I am, I figured pacing was the way to go.
