  1. Wod rx* subbed bike for runs 1.5k / 1k / .5k
    Round 1 = 13:17
    Round 2 = 15:34
    Round 3 = 9:54
    Total time 44:45 – 6:00(rest) = 38:45

    Ps what in the hell was the timecap??? Surely didn’t make it. Wow I’d love to blame my rope breaking at the end of the 2nd round but in all fairness it didn’t affect my time at all using georgies rope to finish
