  4. 4:30 workout with my little ladies! Good to see them both run a mile and not complain one time.

    WOD Rx. DL’s unbroken. Forgot knee sleeves… decided on strict press instead of thrusters during WOD.

    WOD: as written with 25#. Completed all runs.

    WOD: as written with 25# for everything but thrusters (bar only). Completed all runs.
