    Me: Rx’d 4 rounds + 12 cal
    Berlyn: 11 cal on bike, 15# kb- 5 Rounds
    Harper: 10 pistols, 15 box jumps, 5 ring dips & 5 pull-ups (10-15 rounds, we’re not sure 🙂 )

    First time for Harper to do the CFJ mile! So proud & so much fun!

    Finisher – 16:22 (ran 1:00 minute / walked 1:00 minute) working on this big weakness of mine and I’ll take this as a win following that workout.
