This Saturday, CFJ will be hosting the Murph Challenge on a modified morning schedule; we will have an 8am and a 10am class. We have canceled the 9am and open gym to allow plenty of time for this Hero WOD to be completed by all athletes. We look forward to seeing all of you here!

CF Jenks will be CLOSED on Monday May 30th Memorial Day.

    100 pull ups – kipping banded (50 w/purple & black bands – 50 w/add’l skinny red) – 36:24
    200 push ups (knee) – 57:48
    300 air squats – 77:43
    1 mile – 93:23 (14:33 mile)

    Slower than last year but I ran my fastest miles of my life today and did harder pull ups than previous years, so I’ll take it. Grateful for this community, this country, and our able bodies.

    Sad we weren’t able to do it with everyone but grateful for the push Jamie, Georgie and Steph.
