Bench press: Men: body weight/ Women: .75 body weight
Squat Clean: Men: 3/4 body weight/ Women: .66 body weight
Set up three bars and storm through for time.

Intermediate Option:
10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 reps for time of:
Deadlift, 185/125
Bench press, 125/85
Squat clean, 95/65
 
Beginner Option:
10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 reps for time of:
Deadlift, 95/65
Bench press, 65/45
Squat clean, 45/35

    1. I have a free barbell if you (or anyone) want it. Bearings are fine but it is a bit bent, my kids rescued it from a dumpster at LifeTime. My wife will thank you
