    Split each set of pull-ups in 2 sets

    1. Extra sesh:

      30 min. EMOM
      3 reps on each set per minute
      10 sets total for each

      Minute #1: close grip bench #225
      Minute #2: strict RMU
      Minute #3: strict narrow HSPU w/ 2 sec. hold at the bottom
