Thanks David, but I still feel like I got a long way to go esp when I’m trying to keep up with the likes of Breck and Kevin! Just about the time I feel like I’m getting “in shape” a WOD like Weds running comes along and kicks me back down! 🙂 I must say I felt better today than I have in months of WODs so hopefully I’m out of my funk now. As Breck says consistency is the key and I’ve been lacking that for a while, but the 7:30 class has provided a huge boost there. Im glad to hear you guys are getting back on track and I look forward to seeing you at the gym. I know how frustrating it can be when an injury or other condition keeps you from training.
Quadzilla you are a manimal. After 8 uphills and then putting yourself thru lunges up that ominous hill you have super human recovery abilities if you are able to do much more than crawl to the fridge and back during Oklahoma’s annihilation of the Huskies.

100 pull ups
100 push ups
100 sit ups
1000 m row in place of squats due to silly leg…not fun after burning your arms with pull ups and push ups!
Time: 26:13ish
Way to go Nicole and Kody for doing Agnie as Rx’d. You both killed me on pull ups! I can’t believe I actually did 100 in a row. It is amazing what you are actually cabable of when you just make yourself do it!
