I really wanted to do RX!! My mind was saying “YOU CAN DO IT!(in the voice of Rob Schneider from Water Boy) but my body was saying “no, no, no”(in the voice of the vulture from Looney Toons). So I picked 85 lbs instead. Nursing this shoulder and it feels like its in knots after every workout. It feels better a couple hours later though. YES I WILL GET TO RX!!!!
