CrossFit Jenks is excited to announce that we will be hosting “Lift Up Autism” Saturday, September 10th during our regular classes (8AM, 9AM & 10AM).

“Lift up Autism is a “competition for a cause” specifically sought to support early diagnosis and treatment of Autism, raise funds for the Autism Tree Project Foundation in San Diego, and most importantly, turn a global spotlight on the measured and severe impact of Autism on families and individuals around the world.”

We encourage you to join OUR TEAM this September, along side CrossFitters around the world, to show your support and help raise awareness.

    At round 14 I started doing jumping pull-ups,
    I definitely slowed Connor down!

  8. Bill is the real deal. Keep up the great consistency and effort Bill!
    Love team WODs that give you just almost enough rest then you have to go again. Did today’s team WOD with my lovely wife and she smoked me bad. A couple times I had to pause and get my breath before I could go. SMOKED me good.

    Partner WOD 2 = 23rds +10 reps – All unbroken and Strict pull-ups today for me.

    Me: Rx, but subbed hang power cleans w/ 25# db’s for deadlift

    WOD #1: 210 calories (might have been 220)

    WOD #2: 25 rounds + 1 push-up
    Denver as Rx’d.
    I increasingly scaled as the WOD progressed in an attempt to maintain pace.
    Great job, Denver. Thanks for pushing me through.
