    #275 DL (kept them unbroken)
    5 wall walks for HSPU
    1600m row; 3km assault bike (for 1200m); 800m row; 400m & 200m were runs

  3. Did not get a chance to congratulate everyone on their PR Fran time or compliment them for giving it their all on this tough workout. Great job. So many PRs. Way to train CFJ and let your Fran performanc speak for your hard work and consistency to training.
