    Completed 15 reps at 95# to practice for “Grace”

    WOD Rx-
    201 reps (2 rounds + 15 PC & 6 Bike cals)

    Round 1: Row
    Round 2: Ski
    Round 3: Bike

  2. Finished 13 C&J + 1 clean @ 125%

    WOD mrx and back squats instead of front squats. Today was supposed to be active recovery lolll
    2 full rounds + 8 cals on first machine of last round (ski)

  3. Strength: 15 C&J @ 115#
    (Could have gone heavier, too scared)

    WOD w/ 115# barbell
    Finished 2nd round about 20 seconds after time cap.

    AMRAP w/ 85#, scaled to 12 reps and C&J cause apparently I wanted to do extra work. Row, ski
