    Finished last set of lunges at 36:26, if I didn’t have to work I would’ve done the last 800m.
    That one hurt.

    Split up all 200 meter farmers carry at the 100 meter mark.
    Deadlifts were in sets of 20-10 for all rounds.

    Haven’t wanted to throw up during a WOD for a long time but that last round almost did it.

    Wod RX w/ 2k bike instead of run, calf
    33:34 if I remember correctly. Felt a little sugar depleted by that point.

    20# DB’s, 500m runs. Did not have to rest
    W/dumbbell carry
    1st work out in 2 weeks… I am sure I
    won’t be able to walk tomorrow!

  9. 1 round of activator with 25# DBs then stretched to get ready for the workout

    MOD WOD due to injury w/MRx weight
    2 rounds as written but with 400m jogs
    2 rounds with 18” box step ups in place of the walking lunges and 2k bikes for the last two runs
