Open Workout 23.2A:
Complete as many reps as possible in 15 minutes of:
5 burpee pull-ups
10 shuttle runs (1 rep = 50 ft)
*Add 5 burpee pull-ups after each round.
Open Workout 23.2B:
Immediately following 23.2A, athletes will have 5 minutes to establish:
1-rep-max thruster (from the floor)

CrossFit Jenks is so excited to be hosting our 13th CrossFit Open! The 2023 CrossFit Open is for EVERYONE no matter your skill level. Whatever your into, competing against your peers, challenging yourself, conquering a new skill or qualifying for a spot to the next level, we encourage you to SIGN UP (make sure to list CFJ as your Team and affiliate)!

Friday: The Open WOD will be the Workout of the Day & that evening we will host the CFJ Open Showdown from 4:30-6:30. This event will be run in heats and will foster a fun, encouraging and competitive atmosphere!   

Saturday: 8am & 9am- Regular CFJ classes; 10am-12pm- Open WOD

Sunday: 11am-1pm- Open WOD

  1. 23.2A – 125 reps. Really wanted to get at least 1 of the 30 burpees pull ups.

    23.2B – 95-115-135-145-155.
    Should have started heavier on the Thrusters. Ran out of time.

    123 Reps. Real rookie mistake…both shoes came untied. cost me a lot of time.

    185#. Was about 1/2 an inch from locking out 195, but just wasn’t in the cards.

    Redo on Sunday with shorter pull up bar and see if it makes a difference- great job everyone!
