    Double Unders

    Jumping Pull-ups

    Push Press (Men 65 lbs, Women 45 lbs)

    As RX’d sorta… we only had time to finish the 50, 40, 30 part
    Time: 37:xx

    My double unders are improving. I had a couple of 3 and 4 in a row sets.
    I was also able to do dips for the first time in about 3 weeks. My hand is healing up finally. Should be 100% in another week or so.

    Also I’m 33 today. 🙁

    Oh well HAPPY BIRTHDAY!

    And remember age is all about perspective. To some 33 may seem ancient, but to others (like me) it’s not that old. 🙂

  4. I hope coach keeps the warmup to a samson stretch. If not, I will be in the way of the 6:30 class. With that said – I look forward to the pain.
