    3 @ 45 lbs.

    3 @ 95 lbs.
    3 @ 105 lbs.
    3 @ 135 lbs. (PR for a strict press!)

    attempted a 6th set with 145 but couldn’t get it.
    See everybody tonight for some Wall Ball madness!

    5x 135 lbs.

    I did dumbbell shoulder press w/15lb. dumbbells
    21×15 lbs.

    I ran 800 meters on treadmill at 0% incline

    Treadmill

    Round 1:
    200m @ .49 (9.5 mph)
    400m @ 1:35
    600m @ ??

    Round 2:
    200m @ .49
    400m @ 1:39 (9.2 mph)
    600m @ 2:36

    Round 3:
    200m @ .49
    400m @ 1:38
    600m @ 2:34 (9.0 mph)

    Rested the exact time it took to do each set. I must admit though, it would have been easier if someone was there to keep my times as I got myself a bit confused on the first round. Very good workout though!!

    I hope everyone enjoys “Karen” tonight, I will be at work till 7pm… ; (
