  1. Can you say raw a / tailbone after 250 sit-ups. Man I wanted to quit after the 3rd rd of the WOD.

    CFWU x 1
    Bench Press
    Warm-up sets
    1×15 = 135
    1×10 = 185
    1×3 = 225
    Worksets 3×5 = 205
    Burnsets = 1×8 = 185 and 1×15 = 135
    Five rounds for time of:
    Run 400 meters
50 sit-ups (military, feet anchored fingers interlocked behind head, elbows to knees)
15 reps deadlift (250 males, 165 females) Actually had to go heavy at 255lbs (no 2 and a half lb plates)
    TIME as RXd = 25:49
    Off to AVATAR

Did LINDA over Thanksgiving and my hat goes off to those that did it today. My goal is a sub 30 minute time. i missed it by 36 seconds and it wiped me out, did not want that today.

But I must confess today’s standard WOD was no joke and it wiped me out. Curious to see everyone’s times.

    Give it hell. BAM

  2. 5 Rounds for time of:

    400 Meter run
    50 Sit-ups

    “Sufferin’ on Saturday” for sure.
