CrossFit Games Open 13.1

Proceed through the sequence below completing as many reps as possible in 17 minutes of:
40 Burpees
75 pound Snatch, 30 reps
30 Burpees
135 pound Snatch, 30 reps
20 Burpees
165 pound Snatch, 30 reps
10 burpees
210 pound Snatch, as many reps as possible

  1. 150. Had 1 minute left to change weight to 165. Changed it and had a weak weak attempt at 165. Got it above my knees ! Thanks bp!!

    And..Burpees..still..suck!!

    I hate the Open for so many reasons but, the environment/community that it creates is not one of them. Proud to be @ CFJ for sure. Great job everybody..lets do it again next week..
