    WOD 1: Row (cal ) and shoulder to overhead (135#)
    Finished under rx time- 6:46
    WOD 2: hang power clean (135#) and wall balls (20#)
    Didn’t complete under rx time (completed the 9 hang power cleans under 7 minutes)and finished with a time of 7:45.
