“Fight Gone Bad”

Three rounds of:
Wall-ball, (Men 20 pound ball, Women 14 pound ball) 10 ft target (Reps)
Sumo deadlift high-pull, (Men 75 pounds, Women 55 pounds) (Reps)
Box Jump, 20″ box (Reps)
Push-press, (Men 75 pounds, Women 55 pounds) (Reps)
Row (Calories)

In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute.The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. On call of “rotate”, the athletes must move to next station immediately for best score. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie is one point.

    I did the DAV 5k today:
    I can’t find the results on the line yet, but when I crossed finish line
    clock was 33:01…slow..but I kept a steady jog the entire time.

    2nd in age 60-69 (didn’t announce finish times)

    My husband (Air Force veteran), got 1st in his age group 70-79!!

    And not sad that I missed Fight Gone Bad!! BRUTAL!
