  1. Due to some recent WODs and sore legs, I have created my own today.

    It’s a 2 rounds for time with a 48hr time cap
    1 – roll out of bed squat
    1 – handicap toilet squat
    1 – old man done with breakfast squat
    1 – fall, hold till I get to work, and stand in and out of car
    Max slide in and out of chair all day
    Complete at least 1 – look like I tripped myself walking because of a leg twitch or whatever it is that does that.
    Several attempts to not drop anything so I won’t have a 1 deadlift for time, to pick the item up.
    Stand to eat lunch so I won’t have to squat again.
    Another handicap toilet squat, man those are painful.
    1 – watch all the people that don’t workout go about their regular business without any soreness. (Slackers!!!)
    Perform as many times as involuntarily possible to walk fast to catch up with people
    1 – fall, hold till I get to home, and stand in and out of car
    Think about going to Crossfit for time
    1 – old man squat from dinner
    1 – fall into bed and hope my wife doesn’t snuggle too hard and touch my legs, because they hurt so bad!!

    In other words, I’m skipping today. Hope you have fun with the politicking WOD. IS YOU IS OR IS YOU AINT MY CONSTITUENTS??

    65# bar
    rowing both 600’s
    stiff-legged rope recline thingies
    single unders instead of doubles
    hand release push ups

    time = 20:04

  3. WOD as rx’d with modifications
    115# for barbell weight
    1.5 km Assault bike in place of 600 m run
    GHDs instead of sit-ups
    17 strict press (115) in place of HSPU
    Completed @25:31

  4. AMERICA!!

    Wod w/ 95#
    Did ‘fireman pull-ups’ in place of the rope climbs
    Rowed both times
    HSPU with 2 abmats – did quite touch every rep but getting better


    Laura and Jim killed it today – great job guys!

  5. Wod w/ 115# & hspu to a sandbag. Out of abmats. I think it’s like 4-6″?


    Hspu took me about 6 mins, but at least I got ’em done!
