  1. Did some hang squat cleans, finished with HPC
    HPC & Jerk up to 135#
    WOD w/80#, pull-ups, 10′ rope

    Four rope fails at very end. Lots of work needed. Ugh 🙁

    Establish a max weight cluster of
    1 front squat to 1 thruster to 1 push press to 1 push jerk
    195#, failed 205# thruster

    Wod: 15min partner AMRAP
    Partner A: 10 thrusters @ 115#
    Partner B: 20 abmat butterfly sit-ups unachored

    Switch after each round

    14rds + 12 sit-ups + 5 thrusters

    Spicy one! Thrusters got ugly. My engine is just still not there!
