50-ft. handstand walk after each set

Friday: The Open WOD will be the Workout of the Day & that evening we will host the CFJ Open Showdown from 4:30-6:30. This event will be run in heats and will foster a fun, encouraging and competitive atmosphere! Feel free to bring your friends and family to cheer on all our Athletes!

Saturday: 8am & 9am- Regular CFJ classes; 10am-12pm- Open WOD

Sunday: 11am-1pm- Open WOD

    *had a little time left for handstand walks. . . if I were only capable of doing them. .

    time capped as soon as I inverted gah! fun one. definitely break up deadlifts early. Don’t waste hspu’s, make sure every time you invert you make it a good rep! they might be slower but make them count!
    Wish I could do it again – sadly this is a one and done!

    (tons of HSPU no reps, new standard is tough)

    EMOM x 10
    Even-3 squat snatch 85# first few sets, then 95#
    Odd-25 ft handstand walk

    Then practiced squat snatch up to 115#

    my very first ever 5 ft handstand walk. got 5 ft on my first try, probably should of tried for more but was excited by the PR
