    Decided this time to attempt all 3 under 15minutes. (I should have set up 2 different bars to cut down transition)
    Did Isabel (power) then Randy then 100 DB snatches (50#).
    @ Cap of 15 minutes completed up to 80 reps on DB snatches

    Finished Isabel at 3:30, started in on Randy at 5 min and finished around 9:50. Started on DB snatches at 10 minutes

    Actually ended up doing 30 squat snatches in the strength just trying to dial in some stuff. Worked up to 90 pounds.
    Isabel and singles (form)…did 14 squat and the read as power…

    Waited until the clock hit 11:00 and did 82 dB snatches at 25 pounds before running out of time.
