  1. Strength:
    Split Jerks – Worked up to 185#. Still not completely comfortable with the split, but form was better.
    WOD:
    Mostly Rx’d – chest to bar, hand release push-up, went lighter on weight (115#) to try and focus on cycling, but spent way to much time on my toes. Singles were solid, cycling was ugly.
    Time: 14:40.
