  3. Didn’t want to lift heavy today. Instead did this:

    5 Deadlifts@225# + 15 Calorie Bike Sprint (finished each set at 50 to 55 seconds)

    Did every round in sets of 10-5 on everything except on last round of ring dips 10-3-2.

  5. For strength did 7 sets of 5 with 85# and assault bike, first rd 10 cal and remaining 6 just 5 cal ( in 2014 got 175# deadlift)

    Ring dips: 8-7, 6-5-4, 5 and 3s/2s for last few rounds- next time maybe start with all 5s from get go. PR compared to 2014- funny, nearly 100# difference on my DL 😛

    1. Girl,
      I lifted with you and you went up to 255# in strength. Just putting this here so when you look back to compare you’ll have the correct number
