    I thought first part was it’s own wod so I stopped from 2:10 until 2:43 to start 2nd part Womp so about 30s extra
    Part 1: 4:11 (should’ve been closer to 3:40)
    Part 2: 4:22
    Total: 11:33-3= 8:33 (should’ve been closer to 8:00)

  3. Turkish getups- probably need to try heavier next time, but wasn’t feelin it this morning
