    1. I messed up- on first 7 rounds I didn’t drop it between HC and S2O. My plan was to do that but I ended up going straight from HC to S2O. Must have been still been O2 deprived when I did this entry 🙂

  10. Strength/Activator – just turned it into an 18min EMOM with a rep scheme of:
    6 DL
    4 HC
    2 S2O
    **First 9min with 35# db’s
    **Last 9min with 45# db’s

    WOD w/ 45# DB’s
    6rds + 3 DL

    fun class – shout out to Molls and Katie B – rocked it per usual 🙂

    Wod with 35s and hang squat cleans
    6+13 (1 squat clean)
    1st round unbroken
    Ended up doing 12DL + 4 hang squat cleans, then 4 hang squat cleans, then 1 HSC + 6s2o

    Last completed @ 60#

    WOD at 30#. Heart rate was 140 when I started so that’s neat. 4th work out in 2 weeks and I feel it
    7 rounds + 9 DL

    There is a group of us doing Murph Saturday during open gym if anyone wants to join!
