“Falkel“
Complete as many rounds as possible in 25 minutes of:
8 Handstand push-ups
8 Box jump (Men 30″ box, Women 24″ box)
15 foot Rope climb, 1 ascent

U.S. Army Staff Sergeant Chris Falkel, 22, of Highlands Ranch, CO, assigned to the 1st Battalion, 3rd Special Forces Group, based in Fort Bragg, NC, was killed on August 8, 2005 by enemy small-arms fire in Deh Afghan, Afghanistan.

He is survived by his parents, Jeff and Dianne Falkel.

    5 strict pull ups all rounds unbroken (proud of this feat!)
    18 rounds + 16 reps
    Low back is a little iffy today and didn’t feel like being risky

    2020 comment:
    Either 12 or 13 + 8 HSPU & 8 BJ.
    14’ climbs, 24” box jumps, 8 strict HSPU 1 ab mat all unbroken.

    Probably two of my weakest movements in one WOD so I was just happy to survive. Only the second time I’ve done rope climbs in a WOD so I struggled to find a rhythm

    8 box push ups – 20”
    8 box jumps from plate (~12”)
    5 banded strict eccentric pull ups

    9rds + 8 jumps
    2 rds were step ups (20”)
