100 Calorie Bike
200 Meter Sled Push/Pull
100 Calorie Ski
150 Push-ups
200 Meter Sled Push/Pull

*Sled Push/Pull are together with everything else only one person working at a time.
*Split up reps as needed.
*Start from top to bottom or bottom to top.

Two Men: 90#
Two Women: 45#
