Open WOD 25.1
As many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes of:
3 lateral burpees over the dumbbell
3 dumbbell hang clean-to-overheads
30-foot walking lunge (2 x 15 feet)
*After completing each round, add 3 reps to the burpees and hang clean-to-overheads.
Women: 35# Dumbbell
Men: 50# Dumbbell
CrossFit Jenks is so excited to be hosting our 15th CrossFit Open! The 2025 CrossFit Open is for EVERYONE no matter your skill level. Whatever your into, competing against your peers, challenging yourself, conquering a new skill or qualifying for a spot to the next level, we encourage you to SIGN UP (make sure to list CFJ as your Team and affiliate)!
The Open will run for 3 weeks this year from February 27th-March 17th, 2024.
The first workout (25.1) will be released Thursday, February 27th! This is the game plan for CrossFit Jenks:
Friday: The Open WOD will be the Workout of the Day. The workout will be ran in two heats in all the classes.
Saturday: 8am & 9am- Regular CFJ classes; 10am-12pm- Open WOD
Sunday: 11am-1pm- CFJ Open Sunday Showdown. This will be our big community event and we would love to see as many of you as possible! Bring your friends and family to cheer you on, it’s going to be an awesome atmosphere!
