I have to say my time today was great considering that I walked (or climbed) 90% of the half mile uphill. it was treacherous!
also, I only did one hip slide through the mud. bad for time, good for fun! 🙂

Sounds like you did that Tabata right after your 5K. You are over 80 points ahead of my best Tabata, as I am barely over 200. Wish you would have posted the scores for each exercise. Gives me something to shoot for.
