Fight Gone Bad!”

Three rounds of:
Wall-ball, (Men 20 pound ball, Women 12 pound ball) 10 ft target (Reps)
Sumo deadlift high-pull, (Men 75 pounds, Women 45 pounds) (Reps)
Box Jump, 20″ box (Reps)
Push-press, (Men 75 pounds, Women 45 pounds) (Reps)

In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute. The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. On call of “rotate”, the athletes must move to next station immediately for best score. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie is one point.

Add your points and post them to responses.

  1. “Fight Gone Bad!”

    Used 65# again to compare.

    195 today

    171 on 3/19

My wall ball score went way up and everything else except box jumps went up slightly.

  2. Don’t know how many of you read the main Crossfit site “comments” daily.
There is a Kettlebell video posted on the main page and then comment #31 has a link to a kettlebell article you can download, and then comment #34 is very pertinent to the article.

I encourage everyone to read these and check in with Coach Breck about all of it. Just seemed like good stuff, all of which I had not heard in six months of doing Crossfit.
