    I think I would feel like a house had been dropped on me.

    Did main Crossfit WOD of yesterday modified: 3 rounds run 800 meters, 50 pull-ups, for time was modified to 3 rounds run 800 meters, 30 pull-ups for time.

    My time: 31:11

    15x45lbs.
    10x45lbs.
    5x65lbs.

    Did back squats
    10×85 lbs.
    5×115 lbs.
    3×145 lbs.
    3x135lbs.

    Did 21 dumbbell shoulder press w/15lb. dumbells

    Did 10x95lb. bench press

    190 lb. Bench Press
    145 lb. Squat Cleans

    Bodyweight – 170 (Done as if I weighed 190)
