I will be doing a ten mile run tommorow morning at 8 am. starting at the park at 97th & Riverside. this run will be at “slug” pace. ( seriously ) if anyone’s interested in all or part of it they’re welcome to join! (just post so i’ll know who to expect)

Eric and I came over from Next Generation Crossfit and trained w/ Breck and Loren.
We did “Lynne” max rep bench press and pullups 5 rounds w/ 5 min rest b/w rounds.
My grand total was 155. Thanks Crossfit Jenks for the awesome workout.
Hey Danny- as much as I’d love to do a 10 miler ; ) with you tomorrow, I plan to do tabata intervals on the treadmill (CF Endurance website for Saturday WOD) but happy running and I’ll see you next week!! Hopefully minus a kleenex.
Did today’s WOD with a few mods to accomidate my recent injuries. The good news is I was able to perform all exercises w/o any pain so I’m hoping I’ll be back to full speed, at least full speed for me, next week.
