  1. Did something from home today.

    Three rounds for time of:
    500 meter row
    25 kettlebell swings (25 lbs)
    25 pushups

  2. Power Clean 5-5-5-5-5 reps

    Stayed light since this was my first power clean workout.

    5 @ 45
    5 @ 65
    5 @ 75
    5 @ 85
    5 @ 95

    Did an extra set at 95
    Form started to go a little at 85, at 95 had issues with early arm bend and hitting my knees with the bar.

    I did modification of the main Crossfit site WOD
    I did 7 rounds of 10 back squats 115lbs., 10 assisted dips, 10 pull-ups
    My time: 33:49

    I did 2 rounds of run 400 meters, row 400 meters
